Location Alerts — Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your Location Alerts account (the app published on Google Play as Location Alerts, package com.locationalerts.app) and all data associated with it yourself, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Location Alerts app and make sure you are signed in with your Google account.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap "Delete account & data" and confirm.

If you uninstalled the app and now want to delete your account, install it again, sign in, and delete; you can uninstall once your profile has been deleted.

If automatic deletion fails, contact private.alert.server@gmail.com, describe what happened, and request manual deletion. It will be handled within 30 working days.

What gets deleted — immediately

• Your synced alert definitions (zone names, coordinates, radii, settings)
• Your per-account encryption key and encrypted cloud backup
• Your profile record and referral program records
• Your account itself, including its email association

What is retained

Nothing. There is no additional retention period. Data stored locally on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.
